The 6 LPM Electrostatic Centrifugal Nozzle is a motor-driven atomising nozzle designed for compatible agriculture-drone spraying systems. It uses a rotating centrifugal disc assembly to convert the supplied liquid into spray droplets for crop-protection applications. With a stated maximum flow capacity of up to 6 litres per minute, the nozzle can be used in compatible spraying systems for applying pesticides, liquid fertilisers, micronutrients and other approved agricultural liquids. The extended nozzle body allows the atomising disc to be positioned below the drone arm, helping keep the spray outlet away from the frame and other components. The assembly includes an integrated motor section, rotating spray disc, liquid inlet connection, mounting structure and electrical wiring. When connected to a compatible spray controller, pump and power supply, the nozzle output can be adjusted according to the required application rate. Actual flow rate, droplet size and spray coverage depend on the motor speed, liquid pressure, liquid viscosity, drone flying height and controller settings. Before installation, confirm the operating voltage, signal or ESC requirement, liquid inlet size, mounting diameter, wiring sequence and compatibility with the agriculture drone’s spraying system.
